Babysitters Course

Caring for Others: Provides helpers with tools to understand and help people affected by stress, loss and grief.

Self-Care: Understanding the personal effects of stress, loss and grief using the Red Cross Look, Listen, Link, Live model.

Psychological First Aid is a Red Cross program that will help you build resilience and coping skills during times of stress, grief and trauma.

Psychological First Aid (PFA)

Medical emergency knowledge that will leave you feeling empowered and prepared to help your little ones when they need you the most.

How old do you have to be to take the babysitters class?

Nope! Let me know what your workplace requires and we will make it happen.

Are there prerequisites I need before I sign up for a class?

  • Half of the CPR/First aid recertification is delivered online.
  • There is an option for The Babysitters Course to be delivered over zoom for 10+ attendees.
  • An online option for What's Wrong - For Medical Emergencies at Home is coming soon!

Do you offer online classes?

Class time varies from 2-8 hours depending on the Red Cross requirements for the class.

How long are your classes?

Yes, for groups 10+ people. Gas mileage cost will be applied.

Do you travel outside of Saskatoon?

Every 3 years. I offer a short and sweet 1 day course.

How often do I need to recertify?
