I can help you go from feeling stressed out and unprepared during emergencies to having the confidence, understanding, and skills you need to act like a pro.

Hi, I'm Sarah.

Well, If you've ever wondered if it’s possible to stay calm AND act accordingly during an emergency, then you're in the right place!

Are you worried about freezing up...running the opposite way… or being completely unprepared when an injury or illness occurs?

I bring real-life experience from the front lines to each of my classes -- to build your confidence and skills for managing illnesses and injuries at work and at home.

Staying calm during an emergency isn’t easy, but it IS possible.

But in an emergency situation, unhealthy levels of stress won’t save the day - they’ll only leave you feeling paralyzed and unable to help.

Safety training isn’t just about action - it’s also about developing effective coping mechanisms.

As a 911 dispatcher, the number one thing I've heard in people’s voices is fear.

There’s no predicting when an emergency will occur, but you can prepare for one today!

It wasn't just about instructing them on how to take life-saving action, it was about helping them stay calm during a crisis.

Which is why I teach a hybrid of both to offer a more realistic approach to what matters during an emergency.

Keeping your cool and feeling confident will help you become an asset to your friends and family during an emergency.

And here's what I found out...

Spending years working as a 911 dispatcher has taught me a lot about how to help someone in a medical emergency.

I grew up on a farm outside the village of Kenaston, SK.
